We convert it here in Columbus, so you don't have to worry about sending it out of town.
We use true state-of-the-art telecine projectors manufactured for our film chain that eliminates flicker by synching the film rate of 8mm, Super 8mm with sound and 16mm film with sound (18 to 24 frames per second) to the rate of video, 30 frames a second. We use broadcast cameras for all of our movie film and Slide transfers.

How to Proceed
First gather your 8mm film, Super8 film and 16mm film and put them into chronological order and bring them to our office at 540 W. Broad St. Once a package arrives at Jimmy Rea Electronics we check in the order and confirm the pricing.
We transfer film to the following formats
DVD-R, VHS, SVHS, miniDV, and DVCAM. Pal and Secam Tape Conversions are also available. An additional charge may be incurred for some of the above formats.
